The Natural Resources Department is looking for a caterer to serve lunches for the upcoming Preserving our Homelands Summer Camp.

Job Service: Catering - Native Youth in Science-Preserving Our Homeland Summer Science Camp
Location: Multiple locations within Mashpee and surrounding towns on Cape Cod
Reports To: Natural Resources Department
Status: Contractual
Summary: Contracted services are needed for Traditional Wampanoag Lunches for 35-40 people per day. Lunches will be needed for ten (10) days and the dates include:
Tuesday, July 8th; Wednesday, July 9th; Thursday, July 10th; Tuesday, July 15th; Tuesday, July 22nd; Wednesday, July 23rd; Thursday, July 24th; Tuesday, July 29th; Tuesday, August 5th , and; Wednesday, August 6th.
Meals will have to be delivered to different locations in Mashpee and Falmouth. A detailed schedule of locations and times will be provided upon contract.
The following MUST be included in the bid:
Lump sum cost estimate for lunches for 35-40 people per day for ten (10) days total
Sample lunch menu (to include traditional Wampanoag foods & drinks, and dessert/snack)
Insurance information if applicable
In addition bidders will need to:
Provide their own cooking supplies (i.e. pans, utensils and serving utensils, plates and bowls, cups, sterno’s/burners, etc)
Pick up any cooking and eating supplies that are not disposable and remove from premises.
BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING & RECEIVED BY 4:00 PM ON MONDAY, JUNE 9th 2025.
