The Quashnet River, Red Brook and the Mashpee River once offered numerous benefits to our community, but their health has declined over time. If the current damage to our watersheds remains uncorrected, future generations will never know the natural beauty of these historic places. We must protect these resources for future generations and ourselves to enjoy.
The Elders monthly meetings take place on the first Saturday of the month. Meetings run from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM at the Community and Government Center in the Council Chambers. All tribal Elders are welcome to attend.
The Clan Mothers Meetings are held at 10:30 AM on Sundays at the Native Land Conservancy (NLC).
The Sacred Parent Class welcomes all community members, whether you're a parent, future parent, auntie, uncle, or grandparent. Our inclusive environment supports those committed to nurturing children in tribal or urban communities.
