This weekly lunch and language event is held each Tuesday and Thursday at the MWT Community and Government Center.

Zumba Gold will take place at the Community and Government Center starting November 5th and will continue every Tuesday from 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM. This is a low impact seated Zumba dance class that gently works your muscles and joints to improve flexibility and movement. All fitness levels are welcomed.
Weekly AA meetings are held at the Community and Government Center on Wednesdays from 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM. Both tribal and non-tribal members are welcome to attend.
Tribal families with a loved one who has cognitive decline or dementia can now take advantage of free weekly support offered by the Alzheimer’s Family Support Center. The Social Engagement and Respite program will be held every Thursday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. To pre-register call (508) 896-5170 or email info@capecodalz.org.
