Dental Clinic to Host Special Dental Cleaning ...

The Indian Health Services Mashpee Wampanoag Family Dental Clinic will hold a “Give Kids a Smile” Program open to children ages 0-10 on Monday, May 17; Tuesday, May 25; Thursday, March 3 and Friday, March 11.

Children will receive dental screening without x-rays, cleanings, fluoride varnish applications, nutritional education and oral hygiene instructions.

Mashpee Public School District Win National ...

The National School Boards Association, or NSBA, selected Mashpee Public Schools as the 2021 Magna Award Grand Prize winner for its partnership with the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe.

The Magna Awards go to school districts that advance equity and break down barriers for underserved students. Mashpee was honored for its school committee’s working partnership with the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe. This partnership has helped create an inclusive district that recognizes and celebrates Wampanoag heritage and culture. It also aims to advance the academic growth and social-emotional well-being of Wampanoag students through culture-based educational principles and practices.

The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Housing Department is seeking a full-time Receptionist. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for all customers. Under the direction of the Housing Director, the individual will perform customer service, accounting, and administrative tasks necessary to provide responsive, courteous and efficient service to all individuals who come in contact with the housing office.
